There is a small Catalan town where there are less than 13 000 inhabitants with more than 85 sparkling wine estates. 🍾🍾🍾It is called Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. If we leave out the kids, roughly there is a sparkling winery for each hundred people. Here people can appreciate sparkling wine. And recently a 🍾Hungarian sparkling wine has been presented as well by Xavier Roig wine expert (in pink T-shirt above with the Dereszla bottle), one of the best sommeliers of Spain.
