Good evening ... just like to send out a lil message if I may
Please remember this by all means is not meant to be rude or negative, simply letting everyone know the situation , many I hear don’t understand, thank you !

These past 6 months has not been what anyone has ever expected or ever experienced in their lifetime nor what any of us wanted. Correct ?
Everyone’s situation is different too. Correct ? Yes

Please know and understand, I made and printed up and sent out 45 invites for a banquet , please understand it took several phone calls and texts from myself over the course of 7 weeks in order to get all Rsvps back for the Banquet.

Than boom 💥 Covid hit!
Yes we had to postpone it at first , than sadly it was canceled all in all , ended with a windy storm walk up award day, again not as we planned

Yes I was prepared and had all refunds to give out to every parent who paid for tickets for banquet on that award day , but they go into the parents hands.
So if a parent was not there , they were no given out. Sorry !
Our booster account is only allowed so many checks at a time , so I had to pull most of the money in cash and distributed into envelopes according per family
More than half have been refunded already though but
As the weeks have gone on , I have tried to call and text a few (( not everyone yet , under these conditions, I can’t do it all at once ))
to arrange pick up at my house as We Don’t mail cash no more !!! Spent several days / week or two with unsuccessful attempts now
Either no shows , late or I run late for work , etc

(( example too , mailed a cash one and they didnt get ? 1 got returned, So no more are being mailed as cash , sorry ))

I can’t wait and wait for hours like 3-4 days a week besides to arrange w people , when they don’t show or they cancel at last min
Please .... that is my time that’s getting wasted now

So moving forward .... I’m going to bank this week at my earliest convenience and ordering more checks now , I must now I guess

I don’t have all this free time to play tag anymore, sorry 😐
So please , please be patient!!! Thank you

Hopefully .....business day delivery is 7-10 normally once they are ordered , mail at times is delayed as u might know too during this pandemic, than I’ll deposit money once again , and start writing and mailing checks
So it could be a few weeks again
Until than , I’m Sorry , I can’t tell you how much gas and time I have wasted with no shows !

Update ......
Please read !!!

The last few days as we all know has been concerning , scary , confusing, hectic , etc over the Coronavirus ....

Everyday new messages , new Alerts , new regulations , etc ....we all face within our community rn and throughout the state and sadly things will keep changing and change even more and more each day as we all move forward to protect each other.

I hv been in contact with the facility everyday for our Banquet scheduled for next Sunday to get updates as they have asked ....

Today was the deciding factor , with many phone calls back to back within 2 hours from the facility and spoke with our superintendent personally

We sadly must POST PONE our banquet 😢

We will reschedule but please don’t ask when , that day can’t be determined at this time as we don’t know how long this state mandate will last

Please understand this is not MINE or Stacys decision , it’s not the coaches decision !!!
After speaking w the superintendent

This is a State / Health dept decision !!!

Thank you in advance for understanding
I will update as needed as the days go by
The deposit is still down for a future date , and all money collected will stay in account for the future date
We will COMMUICATE and decide as a whole and give plenty of notice when it comes avail

There’s over 30 I still need , please do so very soon in the next few days

Please remember I must receive by March 6th
In order to attend

As I have to give the facility a final head count

Each additional guest is 23.00 per person
