Meet the Family Behind El-Sayed Estate Olive Oil

What started as a serendipitous purchase of land in Livermore quickly turned into a family passion for producing high-quality, small-batch olive oil. Remily, Tarric, and their kids—work together, hand-picking olives and cold-pressing them to preserve the natural flavors and nutrients. Each bottle reflects their dedication to craftsmanship and quality.

Harvest 2024 is one for the books! After months of care and patience, the olives are finally harvested, and the result is a rich, high-quality olive oil that reflects the love and dedication poured into every step. From picking to pressing, it’s a true labor of passion.

A huge thank you to our amazing family and friends who supported every part of this harvest—your hands, your time, and your energy made this possible. We are grateful for each of you and all the laughs!

We believe removing all matter other than olives is what makes our oil’s flavor great. The first photo is the olives we send to the mill and the second photo are the olives as they are picked. All our olives are lovingly sorted by hand to ensure we have the highest quality oil possible.
