Consumer Access for Arkansas Consumer Access for Arkansas is a coalition working to provide access to a wider selection of wines

Arkansas consumers enjoy and want a variety of wines, including the “small farm” wines we have in Arkansas and neighboring states. A “small farm” wine, by definition, is a wine produced by a winery that does not produce for sale more than two-hundred fifty thousand (250,000) gallons of wine. Unfortunately, grocery stores in wet counties are limited to only offering small farm wines. As a result, c

onsumers have limited access to the brands of wine they desire and Arkansas is missing consumer based tax revenue that helps our local communities grow. Our coalition proposes a solution for this consumer demand and missed economic opportunity.
