Thursday, Sept 24 @ 5PM, in partnership with Italian Vine, we're pouring 5+ Zeni w**es alongside a 3-course dinner:

Bluefin Tuna Otoro: yuzu ponzu, pickled fennel, Asian pear, shiso oil, puffed rice

Pork Secreto: plum-umeboshi relish, grilled Savoy cabbage, toasted hazelnuts, rosemary pork jus

Lamb Picanha: blistered Japanese eggplant, roasted maitake, charred cipollini, black garlic lamb jus

Join Mark tonight at Napoli's Lincoln NE on South 48th for Second Wednesday W**e Tasting. Our theme this month is: The Captivating Land of Friuli. Italy is complicated. They produce more grape varieties than any country in the world. The stories behind the w**e producers are as diverse and interesting as the w**es. This region is in the far northeast part of Italy, at the base of the Dolomite Mountains. Tonight, you will try w**e from a w**ery started by a 15th-century war hero, as well as w**e produced by an actual Count. Friuli is one of the most naturally gifted places on earth for w**e production.

Join Mark & Jon at Carmela's Bistro tonight for our monthly first Thursday w**e tasting with reservations still available for the 5:30pm and 6:45pm seatings. Our theme this month is Rising Stars. W**e is fun because of all the different varieties and production styles, as well as all the cool people who make the w**es. Sometimes, you can see or even create trends in the market. Chenin Blanc, a white w**e, and Cabernet Franc, a red w**e, are both in this category. The nuances of Cabernet Franc in great w**es made in Bordeaux are one thing, but on its own, the variety is uniquely compelling. Dark fruit, black and green pepper, and herb notes are often present in this variety. Chenin Blanc, with its tendency toward minerality and stone fruit, is equally compelling and unique based upon the region where it is grown. You will likely try something new and interesting tonight. Join Mark & Jon for First Wednesday W**e Tasting at Florio's Italian Restaurant & Grille tonight! The theme this month is The W**es of Artimino. For this tasting, we will focus on one w**ery from the heart of Tuscany. The property is a Medici palace surrounded by 1,400 acres, with much of the land dedicated to grapevines, of course. The w**es are said to be among the first classified w**es in Italian history. Tonight, you will try two delicious white w**es and three unique and tasty red w**es. You can get your fix of Tuscany at Florio's tonight.

Cost is $15 for 5 w**es & bruschetta, and all 5 bottles of w**e will be available to purchase and take home too!
