Marissa Murrow Act
Effective today! (July 1, 2026)

Beginning July 1, 2026, individuals serving alcoholic beverages at an event venue will be required to obtain an Event Bartender License, regardless of the type of event being held.
The law also establishes in-person training requirements for Event Bartender License holders. More classes will be scheduled as the need arises.

Is an Event Bartender License a substitute for an Employee License?
No.

An Event Bartender License is not a substitute for an Alcoholic Beverage Employee License. Individuals must obtain all licenses required under Oklahoma law for their specific duties.

Had a wonderful day at The Wichita Wildflower’s Vendor Open House! They put together a powerhouse line up of vendors and it had an amazing turnout!🤌🏼

We got to put a face to the name for a bunch of already booked couples, as well as started the booking the process for new ones.🍾
