It has been a week since I started taking Immunococal Platinum and both my boosters in the morning right after I wake up. I find this works best for me. I noticed I have more energy and focus after just 3 days of starting this regime.

Should you want to take your Immunocal Platinum & Booster at night you can.

You can take Immunocal Platinum together with Immunocal Booster (or the individual boosters like the Mineral & Vitamin Booster or Protein Plus Booster) at night—there’s no contraindication against doing so.

Here’s what matters most:

• Immunocal (regular) and Immunocal Platinum are both bonded cysteine supplements designed to raise glutathione. They are ideally taken on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before food or 2 hours after a meal) for best absorption.

• The Immunocal Booster products (the small sachets that contain minerals, vitamins, protein, or creatine) do not contain significant amounts of antioxidants or competing amino acids that would block cysteine uptake, so they are safe and commonly recommended to be taken at the same time as Immunocal or Immunocal Platinum.

Many long-term Immunocal users (including consultants and physicians who prescribe it) routinely mix 1 pouch of Immunocal Platinum + 1–2 Booster sachets in water or a little juice and take it right before bed. Taking it at night is actually has some advantages:

• Glutathione production and cellular repair are highest during sleep.
• Many people report deeper sleep and better recovery when they take it in the evening.

Practical tips if you take it at night:

• Take it at least 1.5–2 hours after your last meal.
• Mix with cold or room-temperature liquid (hot liquid can damage the cysteine bonds).
• Drink it fairly quickly after mixing.

Bottom line: Yes, combining Immunocal Platinum with the Booster at bedtime is perfectly fine and is a very common practice among experienced users

H**pworx products are that 5% that are already compliant with the 2018 Farm Act and are US H**p Authority Certified.

They are a little bit more, however, it is BECAUSE of all the steps that were taken to be compliant from day 1. 🌱

For those that follow me, also know of my immunosuppressive illnesses than can be followed on IBD&MSselfie. I am already taking H**pworx Full Spectrum CBD products that I will continue to take.

As of next week My Daily Choice/H**pworx company is merging with Immunotech.

I do not know how the H**pworx products will show up on the new link.

Currently, the link I provided is only for the various Immunotech gluthathione products. It will in the near future also include the various CBD products.
