"HAZY NV”�A Chromatic Kaleidoscope Hazy IPA
Prepare for a journey through the entire spectrum of hop expression. This Hazy IPA is a massively complex, yet harmoniously balanced creation, saturated with a stunning decet of ten distinct hop varieties.
It pours a deeply opaque, vibrant orange-gold, crowned by a soft, pillowy white head. The aroma is an immediate and overwhelming avalanche of tropical fruit. A titanic wave of Nectaron, Mosaic, and El Dorado unleashes powerful notes of passion fruit, ripe peach, pineapple, and sweet mango. This is quickly followed by a bright citrus explosion from Citra and Centennial, layering in grapefruit zest and sweet lime.
As it warms, the complexity deepens. Superdelic emerges with a unique character of sweet red berries and candy, while Azacca and Cashmere contribute layers of papaya, pear, and melon. Beneath this fruit-forward symphony, a subtle, grounding dankness from Columbus and a gentle, herbal-floral touch from Adeena provide structure and prevent it from becoming cloying.
The mouthfeel is quintessential haze: luxuriously soft, creamy, and full-bodied with a gentle carbonation that makes the flavors dance. The finish is pure juice with minimal bitterness, leaving a lingering sweetness of tropical fruit and citrus that begs for another sip. It’s a beautifully chaotic, mind-bending experience in a glass.
