We had the honor of catering a private concert for Davey Allen at UFC HQ, and we brought the bold, hearty flavors!

Our custom menu featured garlic sourdough grilled cheese, steak skewers, smoked gouda mac & cheese, roaming sliders, and crispy French fries. Comfort food with a little Cheese & Grace flair! 🤌🏼

And of course, no great event is complete without the drinks! 🍹 Our friends at Las Vegas Mobile Bar Experiences brought the perfect touch to the experience.

My imposter syndrome told me to keep this moment to myself. To downplay it. To act like it wasn’t a big deal. To convince myself that maybe I didn’t really deserve to be in that room. But I’m celebrating this one 🥹

The Las Vegas Raiders FAMILIA invited me and ERICKA AVILES CONSULTING from LatinasInPower to speak at their Hispanic Heritage Celebration, alongside with Maria Silva to celebrate successful Latina business owners. And somehow they thought I should be there 🥲🥲🥲

As a first-generation immigrant, this means so much more to me than bragging rights. It’s one of those accomplishments I know I’ll carry in my heart forever.

Because the little girl who once felt like she didn't belong here or there, the little girl who could have never imagined being recognized in a room like this, somehow made it here 😢❤️

This one is for all of us dreamers and doers. For everyone who started with nothing but a dream and kept going anyway 🫶🏼🇲🇽 all glory to God 🙏🏼
