Kansas City, the transition is happening in real-time, that's right we are moving into our next season, next phase and all-new location and we are honored and ecstatic to bring to you a City built for us by your Premier Social Club, The Blakk Co.

From birthing concepts to choosing vendors, y'all know exactly how we love to do it, if we're building something for us by us representation matters from the walls to the floors, to the designs to the lightning

Looking back over the past years, we are always reminded of our “why” did we get started, at times challenged on why “men” even so much that the very men this club was established for where the ones doing the challenging

The saying “what’s understood doesn’t need to be explained” goes the distance in the complexity of why creating and establishing a sacred place for Black and Brown Men is not only necessary, but needed

This past week blessed us in more ways than we can really put into words and here’s why

1. The transition we are making in this season happened solely on the backs of the men who show for their communities and family everyday

2. Before anyone enter into the space for our new season, they did and they did so with so much dignity, humility and respect

3. In the closing of them assisting with the transition, they prayed, they affirmed and collectively united hand to hands and shoulder to shoulders blessing the very ground they and thousands of Kansas Citians will stand on in the days, weeks and years to come

To the men who stand in the gap, hold membership, serve on councils, partner with us, bring up our names in rooms they we may not be in, share the relentless love and passion to encourage other men to join us, we say thank you

Because of you, we exist and because of you, we will continue to move forward

Thank you BLAKK Man
