This extra aรฑejo is aged to perfection for five years, in barrels that have previously held scotch, sherry, and brandy. The result is elegant deliciousness!

The breaking down of a piรฑa from the Blue Agave plant. This is one of the very first stages, aside from the growth of the plant, necessary in making Tequila. It is a process that takes years, not to mention skill & labor!

We love the art of the process, the history, and we absolutely love being connoisseurs of the completed works! Cheers to nature and what She brings us!!! Salud.
