In the service industry, “going together” is the only way to win. Being a woman in this space means balancing the grit it takes to lug 300 pounds of ice in the Texas heat with the grace required to lead a room of 200+ guests.
It’s that split second calibration: reading the energy of a crowd while keeping the cocktails flowing.
We’ve learned that our empathy is a superpower and our service industry community is our greatest asset. This International Women’s Day, we’re raising a glass to the mentors who taught us to hold our ground and the teammates who always have our backs during busy events. We don’t just pour drinks, we build sisterhood, one celebration at a time.
