Time to be putting breeding pairs of chickens@ together if you haven't already. You'll have to turn there clocks around a little too get them to lay this time of year with lights or no lights. Remember to keep eggs from freezing and keep them clean but just wipe don't wash them in a bucket of water. Keep little moist. Clean your incubator good so no bacteria is present. Read up on moisture ,temperature settings for your incubator. This time of year is harder to hatch because of lack of moisture. Also start contacting breeders if you're looking for birds to bring to fair. For are fair January, February seem to work out for most breeds of standards and bantam. Young ducks and geese try to get as early as possible. Working on setting up a couple county wide meetings. Will post dates and times
