The ongoing quest for the perfect deviled egg. While the pictures do not do this justice, I present my Mexican street corn deviled eggs. The schmutz is pureed corn, lime zest, tajin, mayo, lime juice and a little dijon. Once filled, then a sprinkle of tajin, cotija cheese and some charred corn. Topped with chopped cilantro and a chili lime spiced popcorn crumble.

Haven’t posted in a while - but brought some yummy deviled eggs to Thanksgiving dinner. Total mouthgasm! Bang Bang Shrimp Deviled Eggs. Small schmear of cocktail sauce in bottom of egg, bang bang filling, topped with a piece of bang bang shrimp with a little candied bacon on top, finished with a little sprinkle of smoked paprika and dried cilantro.
