The Jacobson Classic Snowmobile Ride

The Jacobson Classic Snowmobile Ride The groomed trail starts at the Forestry Station bar, and goes 17 miles through backwoods, ending up at the Red Eye Saloon in Swan River.

Since 1985, snowmobile enthusiasts have been flocking to the little town of Jacobson, MN on President's Day weekend for this exciting day of trail riding and making memories. A ride from Jacobson to Swan river, with stops at the Warming Shack and at the Jugg Road for lunch, this day of fun will keep you coming back if only for the vintage, new, and broken machines. Registration is from 8-12 at the

Jacobson Park (located at the intersection of HWY 200 and 65) and all registered snowmobiles are eligible to win trophies given at the finish point. Upon arrival, door prize tickets will be sold and throughout the evening, prizes will be given away. At 5 pm, trophies are awarded including
-People's Choice
-Hard Luck
-Worst Machine to Finish
-Best Restored
-Best Original
-Best Outfit
At 8pm at the Forestry Station, the raffle prize winners are announced. Unlike the door prizes, you need not be present to win.
