From blue. To red. To ash. 25 years later. 9/11/01.
A day deeply etched into the fabric of our country. What came next was a hell-bent resilience to band together and unite in pride—a determination to protect what’s ours.
Ten years later came Operation Neptune Spear. An operation carried out by our armed forces to bring justice to the man responsible for the attacks. And man, did we bring justice.
Leave an empty chair at the bar tonight. Light a cigar in their honor. Don’t stop remembering, and don’t take for granted the loved ones around you.
