Hey all!

After an extremely busy couple of years with the day job, I've moved on to a new firm and have been back to making sauces to try to make friends at my new job, through bbq sauce bribery. For the short-term, I'm limited on being able to ship, but I do spend most weeks driving between Chicago and Indianapolis. If you're somewhere on that path, I'm all for making home deliveries!

Hey all! So, some unexpected, exciting news for Paddy's Daddy's BBQ Sauce. While the work life has kept us super busy lately, we were just asked by The Patachou Foundation to be involved with their summer event: https://thepatachoufoundation.org/events/summer-dinner-on-the-farm

Part of the plan is to ramp up the BBQ sauce machine and allow for orders that can be hand delivered or shipped over these next 8 weeks. As some of you know, The Patachou Foundation has been one of two main benefactors of my BBQ sauce hobby and they do wonderful things to combat the high level of food insecurity for youths in Indianapolis. Side note: I proposed to Christine at Bar One Fourteen, one of the restaurants in the Patachou family, run by the amazing Martha Hoover.

More info to come, including an updated website for PDBBQ. For those local to Indy, please consider joining the event in person on June 29th! Ticket info is in the link. If you're not able to join, please consider ordering some sauce and making a donation!
