The dyno didn’t go quite as planned, but we still managed to lay down 746 HP on 32 PSI on the first run. Unfortunately, things went sideways during the second pull when a high-pressure fuel injector seal failed.
The resulting leak caused plasma torch damage to the injector port and ruined the cylinder head, meaning it’s going to take more than just a simple seal replacement. The data looked fine too honestly—no codes were even thrown, which is the craziest part.
It stings and it’s heartbreaking after all the effort put into this build, but it’s part of modifying cars. Parts are ordered, and we’ll be back at it soon. Stay tuned.
