Chicken & Waffles
Golden, crispy fried chicken with that audible crunch, stacked on fluffy waffles that are just sweet enough. Everything’s hot and fresh, usually drizzled with house syrups that melt into the waffle pockets.

Frozen Drinks
Bright, icy, and wildly refreshing. Think slushie-style drinks in bold flavors like strawberry lemonade, mango, blue raspberry, or pina colada’s. They’re smooth and icy, perfect for cooling down between bites of fried chicken. Sometimes they’re layered in colors or finished with a splash of sour or candy sweetness.

Mini Pancakes
Tiny, fluffy pancake bites—soft inside with lightly crisp edges. Topped like crazy: powdered sugar, syrup drizzle, chocolate chips, fruit, whipped cream, or even fresh fruit. They’re sweet, snackable, and made for sharing… or not.

The setup is bold and inviting: a custom mobile bar with warm wood butcher block, chic metal details, and the hum of griddles and waffle irons working nonstop. Everything is made by hand and made fresh—no shortcuts, no pretense, just really good food and drinks done right.

Mini pancakes are the star snack: bite-sized, fluffy, and endlessly customizable with unlimited toppings finished with house syrups, fresh fruit and powdered sugar. Right beside them, crispy chicken and waffles deliver that perfect sweet-savory balance—golden fried chicken, tender inside, paired with soft waffles unlimited toppings and house syrups.

The drink menu is equally thoughtful. The bar serves handcrafted cocktails and mocktails, built with fresh juices, house infusions and seasonal flavors—brunch-forward, refreshing, and designed to complement every bite.
