Trying Miru matcha from Midori Spring Organic Japanese Tea 🍵💚 I was impressed as soon as I opened the tin, the shade of green is beautiful 🥹

Miru is made with Yabukita leaves from Mori, Shizuoka, shaded for 20–25 days before the spring harvest. It’s smooth, with umami, milk toast, and nutty notes form the pistachio. I enjoyed it as usucha, and it pairs so well in a latte too. I could see myself reaching for this as an everyday matcha 💚
