Real talk. I truly enjoy what I do. I love being appreciated for the thought and attention to detail that I put into every cocktail that crosses my well. I love meeting so many amazing people, being invited into so many amazing homes, and playing part in beautifully curated events such as this classy picnic by and many others -
But most of all, I love being privy to great moments and great memories between family and friends. It is both inspiring and humbling. Every single time. To all my early supporters, to everyone who has made a referral, to all my clients turned friends, to everyone who takes time to snap great pictures of me in action, to everyone who chooses me to be a part of these precious moments in your life.... I made a lavender spearmint tea syrup.... What should I do with it?? 🤔🤔 Just for a tester, I made a margarita..... with raspberries. A lot of my original cocktails are born from simple little experiments like this. We'll see what it turns into, but the rough draft is already delectable!

Birthday celebration with the ladies and gentlemen of .haus.htx and ! I brought a few signature cocktails to keep the party going, the birthday girl unveiled her new Moscato brand , and the night capped off with a marriage proposal! I'm always humbled and honored to participate in special moments in people's lives. All in all, another satisfied client, and another fly night with the Dapper one.

A riff off a Hemingway daiquiri with an added hint of raspberry, reposado and mezcal as the base, and of course Luxardo cherry liqueur. Enjoy! Oh, and Cat in the Rain is a short story by Earnest Hemingway.

"Trail Mix" Old Fashioned

Made a turbinado syrup with fresh trail mix with cranberries, raspberries, almonds, and walnuts, then made an old fashioned with it. Used the leftover trail mix to make candied trail mix garnishes.
