Underwriters not only sipped Periwinkle cocktails from the five Iron Bartender finalists, they also enjoyed a five course meal from top restaurants in Houston. Thank you to Chef Christian Hernandez at Barbacana Chef Adrian Torres at Maximo, Chef Michael Hoffman at Brasserie 19, Pastry Chef Avril Martinez at Baso and Dori Sushi at Lyric Market for donating paired courses with each of the cocktails. Your generosity supports Periwinkle camps, arts and survivors.

The Iron Bartender Finals are tomorrow, Thursday, September 25, at Lyric Market. Tomorrow night we crown a new Iron Bartender champion.
