White Birch Brewing

White Birch Brewing Founded in 2009, we are a micro brewery that started in Hooksett NH. We are expanding and will be opening a new facility in Nashua in April.

White Birch Brewing has been consistently dedicated to the creation of thoughtful, heartfelt ales for the fun loving beer drinker. Providing beers that range from historical, through contemporary, to the avant-garde, each batch of beer is carefully brewed by hand, and left unfiltered for an exceptional depth of flavor.

As of 1/1/14 our winter brewery store hours are:
Friday: 4pm to 6 p.m. Saturday: 12 noon to 4 p.m. Sunday – Thursday: CLOSED

At the store we have cans or bottles of many of our current and vintage releases as well as an occasional small pilot project. We feature growler fills with a rotating selection of offerings. Sorry we can only fill our own branded growlers and not growlers from other breweries. Its the law in New Hampshire. Gift certificates are also available.
