2) and more seriously, we're here to share ideas and try to make the scene a better place to have a good time. we understand there will be difference in opinion, but ultimately we must respect those opinions that vary from our own and attempt to use others' perspectives as a chance to learn and grow
3) final ruling rests with the venue; and we, as booking agents, promoters, and bands, are serving the community. We must all work together to meet the venue's criteria and provide exemplary entertainment to the viewing public (read "paying customers")
4) and final rule, any individual or group (venue, booking agent, promoter, band, group member, etc) that has been documented sabotaging any efforts towards a UNITED SCENE will be banned and Black-Listed, all evidence of your transgression will be made public. you may file an appeal which will place you on the Grey-List to be approved by majority vote after a probationary period
