Ya’acov Oryah ‘Alpha Omega’ Skin Macerated Roussanne 2018

The nose is sweet fruity and floral

The palate has a great mouth feel, orange, citrus. Definitely different but very refreshing.

The finish is short with a pop of some apple in there.

This is part of their new skin macerated line, from the results of this bottle I see how different the wine gets in this process and how you end up with much different flavor and color.

Redemption Wheated Bourbon



The nose is sweet, lots of vanilla some honey and maple syrup.

The nose has a drop of burn to it and is then followed by cooking spices, nuttiness, a bit if baked pastry, hint if pepper.

The finish isn't too long has oak and hot cinnamon.

Overall a good bottle I'd definitely suggest it, mixes well.
