In the rich history and heritage of our hometown of Hellertown, Pennsylvania, a tavern was lost to the ticking hands of time. Folklore states, in the 1740’s when early dutch settlers arrived and established a community, one of the first buildings commissioned was a tavern, where they undoubtedly

brewed beer. This was quite common in the colonial era, as taverns were very important centers to these small rural villages. It was in the tavern where the most urgent and pressing issues of the day were discussed over a pint of locally brewed beer. Hellertown's first tavern was certainly no different. However, this tavern’s location has become unclear. We named our brewery to honor the legend of the Lost Tavern of Hellertown, it's more than 270 years of history, and the forgotten importance of sharing a local beer with a neighbor. Honor the Past. In continued celebration of Anniversary Week, we’re excited to announce the release of our limited-edition 10 Year Anniversary shirts!

Available beginning Friday at open at all three Lost Tavern taprooms.

With Saturday’s official 10 Year Anniversary Party taking place at our flagship Hellertown location, that’s where you’ll find the largest selection of anniversary merchandise.

Limited quantities will be available for Anniversary Weekend. If they sell through quickly, we’ll look at offering a special-order opportunity afterward.

As we get ready to celebrate 10 Years Lost this Saturday, we’re bringing back one of the highest-rated beers we’ve ever released.

Triple Scoop: Raspberry Chip returns this Wednesday at 4 PM in both Hellertown and Bethlehem for just the second time since its original release.

This imperial version of our Gelosto series is loaded with raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, and marshmallow, creating a decadent, fruit-packed sour ale that helped earn its place among the most beloved beers we’ve ever brewed.

Consider this the first scoop of Anniversary Week.

This Saturday, we celebrate a decade of craft beer, community, and countless memories with our 10 Years Lost Anniversary Celebration at our Hellertown taproom—and we’d love to spend it with you.

While Saturday is the main event, we’re making a full week of it across all three Lost Tavern locations.

• Music Bingo returns to Bethlehem on Thursday

Just over 10 years ago, a few family members and friends sat around a table and dreamed about opening a brewery in the small town we call home.

Thousands of pints, countless memories, and lifelong friendships later, we’re raising a glass to the community that made it all possible.

From the beginning, our goal was simple:

Create a place where people could come in as strangers and leave as friends.

Fresh pours of 6:10 AMber are flowing, with 4-packs stocked and ready to head home with you. We’ve got hot pizzas, warm Bavarian pretzels, and a full lineup of craft beer waiting behind the bar. This Father’s Day weekend at Lost Tavern, we’re not just celebrating dads—we’re celebrating local collaboration and community! Moongate Farms cultivated a beautiful assortment of herbs and vegetables and planted them in Lost Tavern crowlers, while our friends at Flint Hill Farm (shoutout to Dennis!) provided compost made from our spent grain. It’s a full-circle local partnership!
