813 Coffee Co started with a shared dream between two people who loved coffee long before they became a couple.
On August 13, 2016, they officially became an “us”. Four years later, in the middle of a pandemic, they took a leap of faith and launched 813 Coffee Co.
Since then, they’ve spent countless hours learning, roasting, cupping, refining, and chasing that perfect cup. But 813 has always been about more than coffee.
813 is the date their story began, and it’s also inspired by Matthew 8:13: “Go. It will happen just as you believed.” A reminder to keep believing, keep learning, and keep going.
Today, we celebrate not just where 813 began, but everyone who has become part of the journey. 🤎
We’re proud to source exclusively from women-owned and women-operated farms, cooperatives, and microlots, so every cup can support women coffee producers and the communities they call home.
