Behind every beautiful drink menu is a whole lot of taste testing, recipe tweaking, and a bar top that looks like this. 😂🍹
Before every event, I do a full pre-run to make sure each cocktail and mocktail tastes just as good as it looks. Sometimes that means a Tajín rim gets "quality checked" (or two 😉) and my bar turns into a complete mess.
It's all part of making sure your guests have the best experience possible. Every sip is worth the extra effort!

What an incredible day celebrating the ribbon cutting for Scotti's Italian Ice! 🎀✂️🍧
I had the honor of serving my Coastal Coconut Cooler and Bayou Breeze mocktails while friends, family, and community members came together to support a local small business.
Moments like these remind me why I love being part of community events. From setting up the bar and serving guests to celebrating with the host and cleaning up at the end of the day, it's always rewarding to help create memorable experiences.
