The day started with a curbside pickup, then back home to make breakfast and actually sit down and eat before heading out.
Then came the fun part, loading up the bar, getting everything to the event, riding the elevator with ALL my stuff 😂, and transforming the space into a bar.
A quick margarita-making moment 🍹, some delicious Rossler's BLUE CORD Barbecue serving guests, breaking everything back down, and finally heading home.
And that last selfie with my eyes closed… 😂😂 That pretty much sums up how I felt by the end of the day!
It’s a lot of work behind the scenes, but I truly enjoy creating these experiences and watching this little business continue to grow. 🖤
One event at a time. 🥂

Sometimes the biggest difference between where you are and where you want to be is simply continuing to show up.
You may not see the results yet. You may not feel like you’re making progress. But consistency adds up.
Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Keep going, even when it feels like no one is watching.

I love being part of events that bring the community together, create space for connection, and remind us that you can have FUN while prioritizing wellness. 🌿🥂
Events like Flow Into Wellness are also such a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do. They give me the opportunity to connect with other local businesses, build relationships, introduce people to Rissa on the Rocks, and create experiences that people remember.
Every event is a chance to network, grow, and get my name in front of new face, and I’m here for all of it. 💜
Here’s to more intentional experiences, meaningful connections, and a whole lot of fun without the alcohol. 🥂✨

Sober fun is having a moment, and we’re here for it. ✨🍹🎶
First Friday Music Series hosted by Harker Heights Parks & Recreation was such a fun night! From the pretty pours and garnishes to the live music and community, I loved creating a space where you can sip, socialize, dance, and enjoy the night without alcohol. 💜
Thank you to everyone who stopped by my bar, tried a drink, shared a smile, or simply showed support. Every event helps me grow Rissa on the Rocks and bring more creative non-alcoholic experiences to Central Texas. 🥂

My husband graduated Drill Sergeant School, and I couldn’t be more proud of him. 🎓🪖
Behind the scenes of Rissa on the Rocks is a family that believes in the dream, supports the late nights, the events, the loading, the unloading, the crazy schedules, and all the moments in between.
He’s one of the people who reminds me to keep going when I doubt myself and helps me turn the things I dream about into real life. He may not always be behind the bar with me, but he is absolutely a part of the reason I’m able to keep building this business.
I’m so proud of the man you are, the sacrifices you make for our family, and now this incredible accomplishment.
