Our Coconut Shrimp is coated in panko and coconut, fried until perfectly crisp, and served with our sweet chili horseradish sauce for the kind of flavor that instantly takes you somewhere sunnier.

The RUMBA Cove Party was everything we hoped for and more. Music on the water, boats in the cove, plenty of dancing, and an incredible crowd bringing the energy all afternoon long.
