Bartending and restaurant work has always been seen as an opportunity for EMRG. That opportunity has allowed us to create happy memories, meet new people, learn new things, and watch people and ideas grow. The value that we have had the pleasure of obtaining through the meaningful relationships that we have obtained over the years is what it is all about to EMRG. Life's small moments are what makes the world go around. If it weren't for our clientele we wouldn't be where or who we are. We have all had some bad experiences in life, but overall the family we have gained throughout the service industry has come to impact us in so many beautiful ways. For this reason, we decided that we should share those lessons, blessings, and memories by building our own small business and teaching others the art of the service industry-which has now become a dying trade. It is our hope as a business that we can help newcomers to see the beauty in the business, and that we can carry on the tradition of creating loving memories for our bar families through education and entertainment.
