Today we’re shouting out Charlie Ireland of Tightlines: someone I’ve known for a long time and a true pillar of the Seacoast craft beer scene. From brewing, to quality control, to building his own line-cleaning business, Charlie’s fingerprints are all over great beer in this region.

When we chose this spot, we went all-in on fixing and enhancing the little things that matter. One of the biggest? Having Charlie completely replace our draft lines and put us on a strict two-week cleaning cycle. That means fresher pours, zero off-flavors, and beer that tastes exactly how the brewer intended—every time.

We also hand-curate our draft and bottle list with a lot of care: the beers you know and love, plenty of New England nostalgia, and a few fun, experimental surprises along the way.

Because quality shows up in the details—and you can taste it in every pour.
