As this BBQ season comes to a close, I want to look back and say it was way better than I expected. I have been crunching a bunch of numbers and came up with some interesting data for my BBQ season.

This season stats:
👂I had an 89% chance to hear a call at each contest.
🍖 A 60% chance per category to land a call.
🏆 And a 30% chance to hear my name in the Top 5 per category.
🤯I finished top 15 in the country for the RCOA.
🍖I earned an invitation to the RCOA World Championships in April

It’s been an awesome year chasing smoke, seeing friends, and learning something new at every contest. Huge thanks to all the organizers, judges, friends, and fellow pitmasters who make this BBQ family what it is. Thank you, Tim's Full Belli Deli and Smokin’ Bros Rubs & Seasonings, for your support and appreciation. I couldn't have done it without you.

THEY SAY THAT CREME RISES TO THE TOP AND YOUR FAVORITE HOT GRANDMA PROVES IT AGAIN. This past weekend your # went Mano a Mano with 21 other of the best rib cooks in this great state of Wisconsin for Mad Dog and Merrill bbq bash at Paradise North Distillery I was able to take every blow and tribulation that came our way and able to push forward with a great third place finish just missing out on hear our name called on the show. But we were able to get our call. Big thanks to our sponsors Smokin’ Bros Rubs & Seasonings and Tim's Full Belli Deli and with Kayla Klug. WELL WELL WELL what do we have here a hot day for a hot grandma. That's right people a double first in a double rib cookoff. On a day where we had to tackle dry ribs and wet ribs your grandma was a master of both. It was a day long coming abd one that I honedtly never expected. I want to thank Tim's Full Belli Deli and Smokin’ Bros Rubs & Seasonings for their incredible support who without i could never do this. Also want to shout out with Kayla Klug. Also side note it was amazing to meet Bobby Oliver so thanks fir making the trip. And i want to thank all my millions and millions of grandkids out there for believing in me. Now I have to get ready for worlds in Oklahoma in March. Watch out Rib Cook Off Association grandma is coming in hot.
