CONTEST TIME! My favorite breakfast spot is Agon's Family Restaurant, order the #3 you can thank me later! I'm looking forward to the start of hall breakfasts beginning with Jackson Street Hall - Polish National Aid Society tomorrow followed by Kosciuszko Hall on September 20th and then my personal favorite on St. Adalbert's Aid Society - Fifth Street Hall September 27th! Whats your favorite breakfast spot in town? Peppermill Cafe and Westsider Cafe both have really great breakfast and I feel like I cant leave off Real Food Cafe - Alger or Choo Choo Grill Lets see if any of these breakfasts spots follow out social media. Friends, look what Friend's of St. George's Hall is doing today!

Today is the day, Sat., Sept. 12th! The 11th Annual Pennies for Parkinsons Fundraiser at St. George's. The Pennies for Parkinsons donations collection begins at 3:30pm at the Hall with your pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters and of course all denominations greatly appeciated. The Hot Dog Cookout begins at 4:30pm (donations for food appreciated). Followed by amazing Raffles with lots of great prizes including a Blackstone Griddle, Snowblower, Leafblower, Gift Certificates and Cards to resorts, hotels, casinos, restaurants, wineries, outings and excursions, a lottery ticket board, tickets for 4 to a Detroit Lions game at Ford Field and much, much more! All proceeds go to the Parkinsons Research Program at VanAndel Institute where your donations stay right in our community funding Parkinsons research. Pennies for Parkinsons has raised $91,616.43 over 10 years, Making Every Penny Count in the fight against Parkinsons Disease!
