Getting ready for tomorrow's rain forecast. Nothing better than a wet whistle on a rainy day. This is a great way to reperpous a retired fire station. Big room inside and a great patio on the old driveway.

What better reason to do some scenic driving around the Horicon Marsh than to find a brewery. This is a good spot for today.

Out for the weekend. A roll south to camp with some friends. Add a little country road driving to our lunch spot. Not much better than a wood fired pizza and excellent beers.

What to do on a beautiful sunny day? Go to your favorite local brewery, of course. And if you're lucky, which we are today, they will have a special release. Family Jewels. A coconut, walnut cinnamon mixture that might be a flavor that some may want to fo**le just a bit longer than most may be comfortable with.

Spending a cool weekend in cheeseland. Our first trip this year behind the cheddar curtain. After a venture in the Calumet park caves we stopped by this grand spot for a pizza and excellent beers. These people also are the originators of the Wisconsin micro brewers beer fest. This will be the 35th year they've been hosting.
