Meet our new Beast...

Following the same principles of previous vintages, but using different quantities of the star varietals, this vintage is again more Syrah rich and really grasps the meatiness of this untamed Rhône beast.

Aging a year in oak barrels and finishing the final year in concrete, brings all that wicked fruit back to the wine. We really believe in this process for this wine, so we keep replicating past steps on this one with small twists and turns to keep you intrigued.

The fruit speaks for itself here...with violets, game, and delicious dark fruits prevailing.
