If you come across a wine made by Old Fig Wine Cellars while out wine tasting or at the market, this is one to try! It's one of my favorites! You may enjoy reading this interesting story about the winemaker. I happen to live near the old figs so it's literally produced very near my own backyard. How cool is that?!

Hello everyone, we have some news to share. California Wine Baskets was one of the business that were in the path of the High Speed Rail project. With some relocation assistance from Caltrans, we have recently moved to a new location in downtown Fresno. Since our permits and licenses are tied to location, we are currently nonoperational. Processing time for the transfer applications and other permits is estimated at 60-90 days. At this moment, the future of California Wine Baskets is a bit uncertain. We our considering our options. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you and want you all to know that I will be eternally grateful for your support and encouragement. I'll post an update when I have more news. Until then, I wish you blessings & hope you all continue to live your days with kindness and with passion.

Hello my fellow wine lovers, I'm sharing some beautiful work created by a local craftsman here in the Central Valley (Fresno) that I know you will appreciate! These gorgeous Adirondack chairs were made from recycled wine barrels and are not only comfortable, but also sturdy! He's asking $300 a chair or both for $550. I will pass along his contact info if anyone's interested. (Other custom furnishings also available).
