Outlaw smoke BBQ started in 2018 catering BBQ for friends and family. In 2019 we pulled the trigger on our BBQ food trailer to take our business to the next level. After an amazing first year serving the metro Detroit area we decided to open up our take out location in Fraser MI. We are now following our other passion of brewing amazing craft beers.
