Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant has been serving the people of Colorado an escape from the serious since 1986. We started with one location and the belief that if you create a great place to work with quality food and a good, stiff margarita, people will come. We’ve been very fortunate to have made some good friends along the way with customers whom we call ‘regulars’ and they call the Rio their home away from home.

Our skirt steak fajitas have been a Rio signature since 1986, flame-grilled to perfection.

Served with everything that makes a Rio plate feel like home: peppers, onions, rice, beans, pico, guac, sour cream, cheese, and house-made tortillas.

Happy Cinco! Today’s the day to fiesta like there’s no mañana! 🎊

We’re pouring $5 Classic Rio Margaritas until 5pm, a Cinco move we couldn’t pass up. 40 years in, and this one’s for everyone who’s been part of it! 🍹🤩
