We heard you. BIGGER CHEESESTEAK. Coming soon.
We went from grilling, to dabbling in baking which brought us to the start of making our own house-made pretzels. Somewhere along the way, one request kept coming up from you: "Can we get a bigger cheesesteak?"
We heard you, and we're on it.
We're doubling our cheesesteaks, because when you've got a good thing, you don't change it. You just make it bigger.
These are batch #1 of our new bread and pretzels. Still plenty of room to make them prettier, but man-o-man, the taste is on point.
Look out real soon for an official launch of larger Roost-made pretzels and that BIG ole cheesesteak on our own 12" pretzel roll.
We are so excited. Stay tuned!
What should we call this monster? And who's going to be the first to order one? We're hoping it's you!

ROOST UP!

09/10/2026

Prep is prepped, kitchen is hot and we're bored! This is what happens when you got a phone, and empty lobby and silly phone apps that turn the normal into pure weirdness.

And with that we present "Cringe Level 1000"! The AI slop is real, but why not have fun with it?

We'll probably delete this once we come to our senses.

Happy last day of Oktoberfest!!! Today's the last day of our Brat and Kraut patty sandwhich, THE PRAST ROOST!

Its a grilled bratwurst patty, topped with melted swiss, a house made apple and caraway saurkraut braised in Sam Adam l***r, and house made honey b**r mustard - all on our grilled pretzel bun.

Swiss cheese is the standard, but you can swap in any cheese you like!

Definitely a must try!

Come and Roost with us! Open til 2pm.
