A LITTLE HEART-TO-HEART FROM US AT CHARBOOZIE!
One thing we have always believed in is being transparent, authentic, and approachable. We aren't perfect, and we will never pretend to be. But we genuinely care about what we're building and, more importantly, the people who walk through our doors.
Charboozie is still only eight months old, and we are constantly learning, growing, and refining things to make your experience better.
And that's where we'd love your feedback!
If there's something we can do better, please tell us! Whether it's the ordering process, service, communication, or anything else, we genuinely want to hear from you.
We have a very tiny kitchen space, and everything we serve is assembled from scratch using quality ingredients and products that we take pride in. Because of that, some food orders can take 22-30 minutes, sometimes less depending on what you order and how busy we are. We aren't a fast-food establishment , and we never want to sacrifice quality.
We also recognize that when we get really busy, things can get a little chaotic. We're working on creating a better system where someone is always behind the bar while another team member is out on the floor, checking on tables, acknowledging guests, and making sure nobody feels overlooked.
We never want anyone to feel invisible in our establishment.
We know how important it is to be greeted, acknowledged, and made to feel welcome. Even when we're running in a hundred different directions, that should always be a priority.
Charboozie is a small place, and quite frankly, that's part of what makes it so special to us. We don't want to lose that intimate, personal atmosphere. We want you to feel like you're somewhere different, somewhere you can relax, enjoy yourself, and feel appreciated.
We work incredibly hard to bring you some of the best entertainment, unique events, and memorable experiences we can. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a special occasion, or simply enjoying a glass of w**e with friends, we want your time with us to feel special.
We understand that you have choices.
You can spend your time and your hard-earned money anywhere. We also understand the position our economy is in right now. Everything costs more, people are watching their spending, and going out is not always something everyone can do as often as they'd like.
So when you choose to walk through our doors, order a glass of w**e, enjoy charcuterie,purchase tickets to an event, or celebrate a special occasion with us, please know that it means more to us than you will ever realize.
We don't take your business, your loyalty, or your support for granted. Not for one second.
You are choosing to spend something you can never get back, your time, and something you work incredibly hard for, your money. We recognize that, we respect that, and we want to make sure your experience is worth both.
Owning a small business is a constant learning experience. Some days we get everything right, and some days we recognize there are things we could have done better. We are willing to acknowledge both.
We are incredibly grateful for the people who continue to support us, recommend us, celebrate with us, and give us the opportunity to grow.
So please, tell us what we're doing right AND what we can do better. Constructive feedback helps us improve, and we are listening.
At the end of the day, we aren't trying to be the biggest place in town. We're trying to be one of the places you genuinely love coming back to.
