Silo has two new flatbreads on our menu! The Hot Honey Basil Pepperoni flatbread has the perfect subtle heat. The Garlic Parmesan Spinach flatbread has a really tangy sauce so we balance it with a lot of spinach, roma tomatoes and grilled chicken. Its my new favorite. All of our flatbreads are $1 off during happy hour M-F 2-5PM also. Stop by!

Our Picanha Surf and Turf is an awesome addition to our menu. Picanha is a cut off the top sirloin sometimes called Coulotte or even American Wagyu. Its highly desired in Brazilian steak houses. We Garlic butter baste the steak to temp(Meduim Rare is recommended) and it is served with shrimp skewers, a chimichurri drizzle and hotter red chimichurri on the side. It is awesome. -$30
