As you know, we like to pair food with running/walking at our races. Food is always a nice little reward at the finish line. From pizza, to cookies,
to donuts, to bratwurst we have done a little bit of everything.

A new idea came to us yesterday at the River Fest when we met La Crème & Co.

The Half A #@ Half Race presented by Sweet Spot Coaching is Sept. 27 in Evansville, IN. Participants have the choice of a 6.55 or 3.27 mi run/walk.
