“Is Bitter Blossom back?” No, Bitter Blossom remains the most expensive storage space in all of downtown Evanston. I think most of you already know the story.

“Did my favorite crew of ragtag bartenders make it out of the experience alive?” Yes, somehow. And that’s called the Power of Friendship, babes. Right now, you can catch BB alumni at Ignite, Skokie, and NaKorn Urban Thai Kitchen. We had folks at Bob’s Pizza, too, but the ghost of Franny Willard ensured they closed down.

“So what are you guys doing?” Living the dream of starting a cocktail club that has no set location, except within the city limits of Evanston. We’re taking it back to the latest nights of BB, Smylie, and FEW’s after-hours cocktail nights, ‘cause that’s where most of you found us in the first place.
