This one was an obvious fit. We’ve both been playing with a favorite childhood drink mix for quite some time now so why not join efforts and make a juice bomb sour. This one screams from the get go. 100lbs of mango and peach purée per barrel on top of the special flavoring. Mango nectar, Passionfruit tropical goodness mixes with sweet and tangy peach rings.
We’re super happy with the way this one turned out and a huge thanks to for making it out and helping us dial this one in.

Made with 100% New Zealand hops and Italian grown malt. The limey Motueka and gooseberry filled Nelson Sauvin play together to create a pleasant, aromatic, but balanced, drinking experience.
The malt adds rich notes of honey and wheat bread crust which last into the finish. Made with the homies

As the craziness of 2020 winds down, we have some very exciting news to share with all of you. It’s official, the Moonraker Mill House is deep into design and engineering and we hope to break ground in early 2021.

We chose a beautiful oak and pine studded 16 acre property in Cameron Park as our next venue. We will be relocating our production facility from the hangar, which has served us well for the past few years.

Our new facility will have a large taproom, a massive outdoor space, a large private event space and a farm to fork kitchen. We want to create a space that makes you, your friends and your family feel like you’ve stepped into the great outdoors escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This location will be environmentally responsible, because that’s just who we are. It will have solar power, recycled water systems and be built with sustainable materials.

Phase 2 🤞🏻 will feature a private wedding venue as well. Let’s have some fun in 2021!!

Brewed with the homies at these beers are designed to showcase the differences between West Coast IPAs and The softer rounder Hazy IPA. Both beers hopped outrageously with 7lbs/bbl 😍
Defection: North - Hazy IPA 6.5%
Brewed with Citra, Strata, Samba and HBC692(Talus)
A soft and crushable juice bomb. The early dry hop of Talus adds bright coconut to the mid palate while the rest of the hops add layers of juicy fruit. Soft texture with the perfect level of dryness, makes this one a crusher.

Defection: South - West Coast IPA 6.5%
Brewed with Nelson, Strata, Samba, HBC692(Talus)
We’re super stoked to keep west coast beer alive and this is our homage to the ones that led the way.
Bone dry, plenty of snap, and hops all the way through. The danky Nelson plays with the Strata to create mango and pineapple characters all while keeping the expected West Coast Dank around.
These beers are sold as a mixed 4pk.
