What an incredible evening with the El Paso Credit Unions El Paso Chapter of Credit Unions!

I had the opportunity to lead my executive leadership program, Leading with Clarity and Influence: Emotional Intelligence and Growth Mindset for Today’s Executives, with leaders from credit unions across our region.

We explored how emotional intelligence influences leadership, decision-making, communication, resilience, and organizational culture—and why these skills have become essential for today’s executives. The conversations were thoughtful, engaging, and filled with practical ideas that leaders can immediately apply with their teams.

A huge thank you to Monica Galindo and the El Paso Chapter of Credit Unions for the invitation and to everyone who participated so openly. It was inspiring to spend the evening with leaders who are committed to growing themselves so they can better serve their organizations and communities.
