Days like yesterday, when the heat gets pretty brutal in the tin box, you question your common sense. But after turning in early, I wake through the night only to find a message on my phone from a customer's wife. It's things like this that make us enjoy what we do. I watched my pops dedicate right at 30 years of his life to a large company, only to realize you're paid well, but you're nothing but a number amongst so many others. No thanks for a great job you do and all the hours away from your family. But a message like this makes a person feel like more than a number, especially at 88 years old. As a son, it makes me happy to see him have people enjoy his creation of the BPTs. Thank you to Aaron Peach and his wife and family; it's folks like you that make this enjoyable, and we greatly appreciate your support.

Yes, I know it's Friday fish night. But these chubs fresh off the smoker have me thinking about a smoked bologna sandwich with some of that Dramps Swamp Sauce.

Nothing fancy! Just a simple, juicy, thick cheeseburger from back in the day when things were simple. No egg, no bacon, just a good old traditional cheeseburger.
