The League of Adventurous Detroiters The LoAD is a diverse Detroit adventure group involved in everything from social events, to volunteer work, to extreme sports.

"The LoAD" was created by a MAC (Michigan Adventurers Club) organizer after moving to Detroit a decade ago and realizing the goal of hosting events that fall outside of other group's criteria. Rebecca is interested in bringing the events directly into the Detroit community, while continuing to plan events all over the city and beyond. The LoAD looks forward to redirecting all of the groups goals,

efforts & (of course) adventures into Detroit. You can expect a dynamic & up to date Calendar of all the Goings Ons & Shenanigans around the city and state, as well as private events featuring everything from bar nights & concerts, to volunteer opportunities, to cooking & gardening classes, to extreme sports, hiking, kayaking, & bicycle events, and so much more! If it's happening in Detroit, we will let you know. Our Private Events will be available to our Members and posted/linked for additional info. See you at an event soon!
