What I've learned in the last month is that 90% (give or take a little) of the people out here selling food doesn't know everything that they're supposed to have in order to sell to the public...a food handlers card or a SERVSAFE certificate is not it and unfortunately that's what most of you have..The health department is now cracking down and they're trying to catch everyone selling food without the proper credentials....my goal is for you guys to leave this class fully educated and not left in the dark cause trust me when I say this, some of the inspectors will come out and pour all of your goods out...now you're out of a vendors fee and your product...I can't force anyone to take the class but if you know like I know... YOU WILL
