Some of you know, most of you don’t. The ONE thing we usually have an issue with running out, no matter how much I buy, is club soda. 2 out of 3 in this pic are the reason for it. And instead of figuring out how to improve usage, they tend to mess with me about it. On purpose. And I wouldn’t want it any other way. I have the best crew, hands down, and if you disagree, you’re wrong. Fight me.

I’ve been staring at this photo since yesterday (there is an awesome reel coming, I promise). 2026 has been such a blessing, and a great deal of gratitude goes to Chef Juwanza from Southern Jewel Catering Co for allowing me to build something beautiful with him, his Supper Clubs, with my cocktails, and here we are, working together for the wedding of one of our most staunch supporters, in Telluride, on a Thursday, with the backdrop to our cocktail hour bar being Bridal Veil falls. The DJ, the photographer, the location, the guests. Im in awe. Today I am just simply grateful. Moving day to the new commissary kitchen, and OF COURSE I have a v***r lock issue in this heat all of a sudden. Now it’s raining on all my boxes of glasses in the truck bed. When it rains, it pours, but you bet your ass I’m dancing in the drizzle. The universe punches like a b*tch. Bring it.

I swear to all things holy. I have the best crew in Colorado. No matter what, we make s**t work, even when the weather doesn’t agree. Captain Colby, Adrien, and Stephen absolutely rocked Mountain Wedding Garden. I’m going to miss this place in 2027 while they update it. Visit Crested Butte
