The Salvation Army of St. Clair County, in partnership with Colonial Woods Missionary Church, invites the public to the 8th Annual Cars & Kettles event—a community-focused car show featuring classic, antique, exotic, and supercars to benefit local families in need.
This year’s event takes place on Saturday, July 25th, at Colonial Woods Missionary Church, located at 3240 Pine Grove Avenue, Port Huron, MI—just one mile from the end of I-94. Gates open for vehicle staging at 8:00 a.m., and spectators are welcome to attend free of charge from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
“We’re excited to bring the community together again around our shared love for incredible cars—and for a great cause,” said Gerry Mason, Advisory Board member at The Salvation Army of St. Clair County. “Every dollar raised helps provide essential programs and services to our neighbors who need them most.”
Car owners and sponsors are encouraged to pre-register at https://lnkd.in/gsihtFdT. Registration is $25 per vehicle, and all proceeds go directly to support The Salvation Army’s programs in St. Clair County, including food assistance, housing support, and youth development initiatives.
With over 140 years of service in the county, The Salvation Army continues to be a cornerstone of community care.
Colonial Woods Missionary Church, a local fixture since 1896, shares in the mission of outreach, compassion, and neighborly support. “There are still many people struggling with the daily challenges of life,” said Major Aaron Ortman. “Events like Cars & Kettles give us the chance to unite around something joyful while making a tangible difference.”
